Gelephu Investment & Development Corporation (GIDC), the investment arm of Gelephu Mindfulness City Authority (GMCA) invites applications from eligible candidates interested in taking up the following position at GIDC:

Position	Slot	Eligibility Criteria
Senior Manager (Human Resources & Administration)	1	Minimum of 7-10 years in Human Resource and Administration work field. The HR & Administration Manager will play a foundational role in building and institutionalizing GIDC's people management and administrative systems. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition and onboarding, HR policy development and compliance, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and overall office administration. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field • A postgraduate degree (MBA or Master's in HR/Organizational Management) is an advantage • Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent) is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to work in entrepreneurial or startup environments.
