Position: Marketing and Sales Executive

Location: Shop online, above mother and child hospital, Thimphu

Employment Type: Full-Time (Mon to Fri: 9AM - 5PM)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team in Thimphu.

This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to organize impactful marketing events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agent Management and Sales

• Oversee agent agreements, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
• Coordinate and manage agent visits.
• Drive sales through effective collaboration with agents and partners.

2. High School and College Liaison

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high schools and colleges.
• Act as the primary point of contact for educational institutions to promote WIN College's services.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to collaborate with schools and colleges for student engagement and recruitment.

3. Social Media and Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow WIN College's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Create engaging content, including posts, live vlogs, and marketing videos, to promote the college's services.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaigns and increase engagement.

4. Marketing Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit marketing videos to showcase WIN College's offerings.
• Conduct live vlogs on Facebook to engage with the audience and promote services.
• Develop creative and compelling marketing materials to support campaigns.
• Plan, shoot and edit marketing videos to showcase WIN College's offerings.

5. Event Management

• Organize and execute marketing events, including workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate logistics, invitations, and event promotion to ensure successful execution.
• Represent WIN College at events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
