Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate the
ability to manage a team, delegate tasks effectively, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of
work.

You may be selected to participate in specific workstreams, depending on your expertise and interests:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to achieve targets and objectives
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance
• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members
• Ensure quality and timely completion of assigned work
• Handle basic reporting and coordination with management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of operations and team management
• Need to be flexible with rotational shift
• Work Mode & Shifts: Mon-Saturday (Altemate Saturday working) Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs FTE & Direct payroll.
