What will you be working on? Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
-Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
-Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

What we are looking for? A high school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Preferred:
A diploma or certificate in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related fields from a recognized educational institution.
Basic familiarity with computers and technology is preferred.
Preferred:
Previous experience in an IT support role or as a lab assistant, especially in educational institutions, is desirable.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, or network-related issues.
