All regular employees are entitled to 31.67% of Performance-Based Variable Pay (PBVP) on Basic Pay based on the employee’s performance annually.

Selection and shortlisting

1	Banking Officer	300 candidates will be shortlisted for the WE based on merit ranking (X – 30%, XII – 30%, and Degree – 40%)	The top 200 candidates from the written exam will be shortlisted for a personal interview.

Valid Medical Certificate.
Valid Citizenship ID Card.
Valid Security Clearance Certificate.
All Academic Transcripts and Course Completion Certificates.
Training Certificates (if applicable).
Previous Work Experience Certificates (if applicable); and
Valid Audit Clearance if employed
No Objection Certificate if employed

The applicants shall be shortlisted, based on the criteria stated and the shortlisted candidates will be informed about the venue and timing for the written examination and personal interview.
