  1. The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for Construction of Fire Escape Structure in the Commercial Buildings at NPPF Housing Complex, Thimphu. The period for execution of the assignment is 60 days. 
  2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Small Class (S), W3 contractor through Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the latest NPPF/RGoB Procurement Rules whichever is applicable. 
  3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Manager (17629605) email ID ttshering@nppf.org.bt during office hours.

  5. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration. 
  6. Bid must be delivered to Real Estate Division, NPPF Head Office, Thimphu on or before 12:00 hours on 30th March, 2026 and the bids shall open on 30th March 2026 at 2:00 PM. 
  7. The bidders are required to submit the similar past work experience completion certificates.  
  8. The weightage of Technical and Financial is 30:70 respectively.
