Invites quotations from established suppliers for the supply of the following items on annual rate contract basis from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027 for Taj Paro Resort & Spa and Taj Gangtey Resort & Spa.

 

The quotation should cover delivery to our following hotels as detailed below:

  1. Taj Paro Resort & Spa
  2. Taj Gangtey Resort & Spa

Food Items:

  1. Vegetables & Fruits (Local, Imported, Indian)
  2. Grocery Items.
  3. Meat (Fresh, Frozen, Seafood).
  4. Poultry
  5. Engineering Items (Hardware, Electrical, Sanitary ware).
  6. Stationaries
  7. Computer & Accessories.
  8. Scrap Pickup.

Tender forms may be collected on any working day w.e.f 3rd March 2026 between 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m from Purchase Department, Taj Paro Resort & Spa. The duly filled and sealed tender form in an envelope should be dropped in a tender box at the same office on or before 5:00 pm by 20th March 2026. All supplies will be as per Food Safety & Standards Authority of Kingdom of Bhutan guidelines, Hotel specifications, Hygiene & ISO 22000 policy.
