The Royal Bhutan Police is pleased to announce the vacancy for 300 constables (200 Male & 100 Female) for the Year-2026.

Eligibility/ Criteria:
a) Produce Bhutanese citizenship identity card (CID);
b) Produce security clearance certificate;
c) Should not have any criminal records;
d) Should be between 18-25 years of age as on the date of registration and the verification of age shall be based on the CID; (Born Between 9th March 2001 to 8th March 2008)
e) Minimum height of 5 feet 5 inches for male and 5 feet 3 inches for female;
f) Produce Class XII pass certificate and mark sheet
g) In-service applicants from other organization should produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent organization; and
h) Should be unmarried

2. Disqualification:
a) Inability to produce any of the original documents required; and
b) Physically/ medically unfit:
c) Hearing and speech impairment including stammering
d) Visual impairment including squint eye;
e) Knock knee;
f) Flat feet;
g) Pigeon chest;
h) Bow leg;
i) Prominent and glaring tattoos on the visible areas while wearing uniform
and as deemed inappropriate by the Selection Committee;
j) Failing to report on time for any selection procedure;
k) Positive on NDPS and pregnancy test;
l) If married; and
m) Improper conduct and reporting under intoxication for the selection procedures.

3. Shortlist:
From the 300 vacancy announced, RBP shall shortlist candidates as per the Class XII
Results at the ratio of 1 : 2.
