The Bhutan Youth Development Fund (YDF) invites applications for the position of Communication and Development Officer, based in Thimphu.

POSITION: COMMUNICATION AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, BYDF THIMPHU

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proficient Content creation and Design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
Proficient use in META Business suites and other SMP.
Proficient in Photography and Videography for BYDF's initiatives, activities, and Programmes.
Good organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and implement communication and media activities to promote BYDF programs and initiatives
Create content such as youth stories, press releases, reports, and digital materials
Manage and update BYDF's website and social media platforms
Assist with meeting coordination, documentation, and institutional reporting.
Provide drafting, research, and coordination support.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

Contract-based appointment for three (3) years, renewable subject to performance.
Salary and benefits in accordance with BYDF's approved salary structure and
policies

One writing sample
