1 General Manager, HRAD E4 01 Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
Preference will be given to those with Master's Degree in relevant fields		 Contract Minimum 10 years of active work experience with at least 3 years at Deputy General Manager
or equivalent grade in corporate or private sector and P2 A level in Civil Service.		 Nu. 50,625 + 65% Contract Allowance.
PBVA, Bonus and other entitlements as per STCBL SRR		 Head Office, Thimphu
2 Chief Internal Auditor, Internal Audit Unit (IAU) E4 01 Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Business/ Commerce/ Economics/ Accounts.
Preference will be given to those with Master's Degree in relevant fields		 Contract Minimum 10 years of active work experience in relevant fields with at least 3 years at Deputy General Manager
or equivalent grade in corporate or private sector and P2 A level in Civil Service.		 Nu. 50,625 + 65% Contract Allowance.
PBVA, Bonus and other entitlements as per STCBL SRR		 Head Office, Thimphu

Interested candidates fulfilling the required eligibility criteria may apply to the Board Executive Committee, STCBL, Head Office, Thimphu on or before 23rd July 2021 within office hours.

7. Copy of valid Security Clearance Certificate
8. Copy of valid Medical Fitness Certificate
9. No Objection letter from the employer, if employed,(required if selected only)
