The Ministry of Home Affairs is pleased to announce the vacancies for the posts of Civil
Engineer under Heritage Sites and Archeology Division, Department of Culture and Dzongkha Development on time bound contract.

Required Documents
Interested and eligible candidates are requested to submit the following documents to the HR
Division at hrd@moha.gov.bt by February 4, 2026:

1. Dully filled RCSC Employment form (4/1 Available at www.rcsc.gov.bt)

2. Copy of Academic Transcript (Class XII, Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree)
3. Valid Security Clearance Certificate.
4. Copy of CID
5. No objection Certificate if Employed and;
6. Curriculum Vitae along with application
7. Architectural portfolio for architects
