Associate Director (International Affairs)

Qualifications

Qualification and Experience:
1. Undergraduate degree in any discipline from a reputed overseas university (in residence, full time) with excellent English language and communications skills.
2. 5 years work experience overseas related to public policy, international organizations, communications and media, technology, business development and marketing.
3. The position requires an individual who demonstrates strong relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and a high level of creativity and imagination. The candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and exhibit sound personal character, including self-motivation, resilience, initiative, and a high standard of integrity.

Key Responsibilities

The Associate Director of International Affairs plays an important role in supporting and shaping GMC’s external affairs and trade policies with key international partners. This includes putting up research reports, attending meetings and negotiations, tracking reports and submitting analysis in support of decision making. Handling of diplomatic protocol and event logistics will be occasionally required. Overseas travel is as and when required.
