Other benefits are as follows:-
HRA 30% of Basic Salary
Manufacturing Allowance of Nu. 4,000/-
Fixed Allowance of Nu. 10,000/-
Tea Allowance of Nu. 500/-
Over Time Payment and PF deductions (11%) are based on Gross Salary excluding Fixed Allowance, Teа Allowance.
