T Bank Limited invites applications from qualified, motivated, and result-oriented Bhutanese professionals with strong integrity, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team for the following positions:

IT Assistant	10	01	Qualification: Class XII Passed with Diploma in IT (two years) from a well-recognized university with a minimum percentage of 55% in Class XII (English + best 3 Subjects) & 55% in Diploma in IT.	Basic Pay of Nu. 20,000/-; Fixed Allowance of 45% on the starting Pay Scale of the corresponding grade; House Rent Allowance of 20% on Basic Pay. The total Gross Salary of Nu. 33,000/-.	Regular: The selected candidates shall be placed on probation for a period of six months. The confirmation of the service shall be based on the required performance rating during the probation period.

The criteria for shortlisting and final selection for the above-announced post shall be as follows:

Shortlist for personal interview: For Officers Grade – Maximum of 10 candidates would be shortlisted based on the academic merit ranking of 50% from Degree Marks, 25% from Class XII Marks and 25% from Class X Marks for the personal interview. For the Assistant Grade – Maximum of 10 candidates would be shortlisted based on the academic merit ranking of 50% from Diploma Marks and 50% from Class XII Marks for the personal interview.
Final Selection: The final selection shall be based on 70% from the personal interview score and 30% from the total academic score.
