POSITION: Quality & Safety Officer

Location: Ramtokto, Thimphu, Bhutan | Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Objective:
To ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality helicopter operations through effective implementation of safety and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities (Trainee Level):

• Assist in maintaining quality and safety records and documentation
• Support audits, inspections, and safety reporting under supervision
• Assist in hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety promotion activities
• Help prepare checklists, forms, reports, and meeting minutes
• Carry out assigned tasks as directed by the Director/Post Holder - Quality & Safety
• Participate in required safety and quality training programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent aviationrelated experience)
Basic knowledge of aviation operations, safety, or quality assurance
Good analytical and report-writing skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records
