Senior Human Resources Officer

Qualifications
Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience in a professional setting
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead HR strategies with organizational goals, growth, and culture
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management and talent development
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and handle employee relations with professionalism and discretion
Advise management on workforce planning organizational development, and change initiatives
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
