This course offers De-suups a holistic introduction to Bhutanese spiritual and cultural values rooted in Buddhism. Alongside learning the fundamental teachings of Buddhism, De-suups are introduced to daily prayers, basic yoga practices, hand gesture prayers (mudras), and essential Bhutanese etiquette such as driglam namzha.

8th January 2026 - 9th February 2026
Eligibility: Desuups and Gyalsups who are interested in learning Buddhist Philosophy
