Rigsar-Vajra JV PTE LTD is pleased to announce multiple job vacancies for immediate recruitment for the Gelephu International Airport (GIA), Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC).

Wheel Loader/ Backhoe Operators

Operate wheel loaders and backhoe loaders for bulk earthwork, stockpile management and loading of dumpers. Follow survey markings, loading plans and haul-road rules.
Conduct daily machine inspection, basic lubrication and cleaning and immediately report defects.
Work safely around ground staff and other equipment, strictly following site safety and traffic rules.
Maintain accurate daily logbook of hours, fuel and assigned tasks.
Minimum 3 years’ experience; valid heavy equipment licence/operator certificate preferred.

2. Dozer Operators

Slots: 15

Operate bulldozers for cutting, filling, ripping and spreading material as per design levels and supervisor instructions.
Read ground levels, maintain proper slope and avoid over-cutting.
Carry out daily pre-start checks, basic routine maintenance and defect reporting.
Coordinate closely with survey and compaction teams.
Follow designated haul and push routes and comply with all site safety, PPE and traffic requirements.
Minimum 3 years’ dozer experience; valid heavy equipment licence/operator certificate preferred.
