Sha Regional Office would like to inform all interested logging and transportation firms that the NRDCL Management has approved the logging-related rates for implementation in the year 2026. Therefore, any interested firm may submit a Letter of Interest for further review and award of work.

Submission Details
Interested firms must submit the following during working hours:
- Letter of Interest
- Relevant documents
- Security deposit of Nu. 30,000 (Thirty Thousand) in the form of cash or Demand Draft
Deadline for submission:
12/12/2025 (before 11:00 AM)
The selected firm shall be notified through email on and before 18/12/2025 wherein the firm shall submit letter of acceptance and accordingly work order shall be issued.
Firms are also required to visit the extraction and transportation sites and obtain a Site Visit Confirmation Letter from the respective Field Unit Office.
