The Bank of Bhutan Limited is pleased to announce the vacancy for the post of Director – Corporate Services.
- Eligibility Criteria as detailed below:
| Education Qualification | Minimum of B. Com/ BBA/ B.A. (Eco) from a recognized institute with regular (full time) program. Candidates having CFA/CPA/CA will be preferred. |
| Work Experience | Should have completed at least 15 years in service. |
| Possess minimum of a Bachelor’s degree acquired from recognized college/university through a full-time mode. A candidate without a Bachelor’s Degree, but having a relevant Master’s Degree from a recognized university through a regular or full-time mode will be considered. And have an overall experience of 15 years which would include a minimum of 2 years at a GM or Chief level in a corporate sector and P1 in Civil Service. While counting the number of years of service, only 1.5 years of study leave will be counted as an active service. | |
| Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | The candidate’s CV should demonstrate the following: 1. A very good understanding and experience in finalization of company accounts, project financing, MIS, costing, BAS, project management, procurement, etc. 2. Ability to lead and manage the Finance, Human Resource, Real Estate, Administration & Procurement in the Bank efficiently and effectively. 3. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. 4. A good communication skill including presentation. |
| Service Record | Should possess clean service record and not be convicted by the court of law. |
| Age | Candidate should not be older than 57 years of age as of the tentative appointment date (should be born on or after 1st January 1969). |

| Other benefit | 36.67% of Basic pay shall be paid as Performance Based Variable Pay (PBVP) at the end of the year based on the achievement of DHI compact targets, and other benefits will be eligible as per the BoBSR. |
| Appointment Status and Tenure | On contract for an initial period of three (3) years with possibility of extension based on performance and need. |

- Valid Security Clearance;
- All Academic Transcripts and Course Completion Certificates.
- Work Experience certificate/Documents to show 15 years of work experience.
- A copy of Appointment order for GM/Chief level for corporate and private sectors/promotion order to P1 for civil servants.
- A copy of Audit Clearance Certificate from Royal Audit Authority as may be applicable.
- The applicants should submit at least names of two (2) referees with email address and contact number.
- The applicant upon selection must submit “No objection letter” from the employer, if currently employed.
