The Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) invites all interested Ministries, Agencies, Dzongkhags, Thromdes and NGOs to submit requisitions for JICA Volunteers for the Spring Recruitment, 2026.

The RCSC and JICA Bhutan Office encourage more requests from Dzongkhags and Thromdes where volunteer support may be needed.
 
Kindly submit your requisitions by November 25, 2025. For requisitions or inquiry, please contact tpema@rcsc.gov.bt
