1. Position: Human Resource (HR) Officer

Location: Thimphu

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment, attendance, and employee records.

Support HR planning, payroll coordination, and staff welfare activities.

Draft and maintain HR policies and internal communications.

Assist in creating a positive and productive work environment.

Qualification & Skills:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR, Business, or Management).

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Computer literate and familiar with HR documentation.

Prior HR experience will be an added advantage.
