Bhutanese Youth Initiative Project, in collaboration with the Institute of Skills & Management Studies, is pleased to announce a special scholarship opportunity for aspiring Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Facilitators.

To celebrate the joyous Festival of Lights (Diwali), the Bhutanese Youth Initiative Project, in collaboration with the Institute of Skills & Management Studies, is pleased to announce a special scholarship opportunity for aspiring Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Facilitators.
This scholarship program aims to support and empower young Bhutanese individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in ECCD but may face financial challenges.
Under this initiative, candidates can receive scholarships of up to Nu.10,000/- on their course fees.
👉The scholarship will be available from 20th October to 30th October 2025, or until available slots are filled.

👉Eligibility Criteria & Conditions
1. First-Come, First-Serve Basis:
Applications will be accepted starting 20th October 2025, and registration may close at any time once the allocated number of scholarships is reached. Early registration is highly encouraged.
2. Eligibility Period:
Candidates who registered before 20th October 2025 will not be eligible for this scholarship, as it applies only to new registrations made during the specified period under the Bhutanese Youth Initiative Project.
3. Payment of Remaining Fees:
Applicants who are granted the scholarship must pay the remaining balance of the course fee in full at the time of registration to confirm their admission.
3. Documentation & Verification:
All applicants must provide valid documents supporting their identity and eligibility. Incomplete or false submissions will lead to disqualification.
3. Selection & Final Decision:
The Bhutanese Youth Initiative Project reserves the full right to review, approve, or reject any scholarship application based on the criteria and the availability of funds. Decisions made by the committee will be final and binding.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are encouraged to complete their registration at the Institute of Skills & Management Studies during the scholarship period. Seats are limited, and scholarships will be awarded based on timely application and fulfillment of the eligibility criteria.
