1	Type of Flat:	Class II (2 BHK, 1 Toilet)
2	Applicant:	Active PF members
3	Grade	4 – 8
4	Applicant and/ or Spouse:	Not a tenant of Public Housing Unit.
5	Allotment:	Shall be done on the basis of seniority in NPPF membership
6	Monthly Rent & Occupancy:	Nu. 10,795/-. From 1st Nov, 2025.
7	No of Units	1
