Certificate of completion for Leadership Development Program (LDP)
No Objection Certificate endorsed by the Working and Parent Agency’s HRC (applicants outside MoIT)
Certificate of completion of e-learning course on Ethics and Integrity administered by Anti-Corruption Commission (both level 1 & level 2).

Note:

The applicants must have leadership potential & Situational judgement test results administered by the RCSC.

The applicants should have a minimum of ‘Very Good’ for both performance and potential assessment for either FY 2023-2024 or FY 2024-2025.

The placement of the selected candidates shall be based on merit ranking.
