The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids for an Annual Rate Contract for the supply of the following items for the financial year 2026.

The National Pension and Provident Fund (NPPF) invites sealed bids for an Annual Rate Contract for the supply of the following items for the financial year 2026:

  1. General stationery

  2. Spares and consumables for office equipment

  3. Electrical items

  4. Hardware, plumbing, and sanitary items

  5. Toiletries

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 1:00 PM on 15th October 2025. They will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM at the NPPF Meeting Room, Head Office, Thimphu.

Bids will be rejected if:

  • The integrity pact is missing or incomplete

  • Bid security is insufficient, missing, or invalid

Bidding documents can be purchased from the NPPF Head Office starting 17th September 2025.
