Druk Hydro Energy Limited (DHyE), Jigmeling, Dekiling, Sarpang is pleased to announce the vacancy for the post of Section Officer (Civil) on contract term for an initial period of three years:

Terms of Reference :
Interested Bhutanese candidates fulfilling the above criteria may apply by submitting hard copy to HR, AFD, DHyE Head Office, Jigmeling on or before September 10, 2025 (Working Hour-5:00 pm) along with the following mandatory documents:

Duly filled in DHyE application form (available online at https://dhye.drukgreen.bt or hardcopy with AFD, DHyE Head Office, Jigmeling).

Scanned Copy of Class – X & XII Pass Certificate (Both Sides).

Scanned Copy of Diploma Course – Pass Certificate with consolidated marksheet.

Scanned Copy of Valid Medical Fitness Certificate. Any overwriting shall not be accepted unless authenticated by the examining doctor.

Scanned Copy of Valid Citizenship Identity Card (Both Sides)

Valid Security Clearance Certificate which DHyE can check online.

Copy of No Object Certificate (NOC), if currently employed.
“An application that is not accompanied by any of the mandatory documents as specified above, whether in part or whole and not clearly scanned, shall be rejected without citing any reason”. The shortlisted candidates should produce all the above-mentioned documents in original during the time of interview.
DHyE reserves the right to either increase/decrease the number of intakes or may not take any, depending on the experiences/capabilities of the interested candidates, and their performance in the interviews. DHyE also reserves the right to select the next candidate based on the merit ranking should a selected candidate withdraw.
