The Ministry of Education and Skills Development is pleased to announce the availability of the following funded trainings at the Technical Training Institute-Chumey, Bumthang:
Course: Plumbing (BQFC3)
Slots: 15
Course duration: 6 months
Minimum qualification: BQFC2/NC2 in Plumbing
Application deadline: 2nd September 2025
Reporting date to the Institute: 14th September 2025

Interested registered job seekers/youths and laid-offs fulfilling the criteria can apply.
The shortlisted participants shall be contacted on 3rd-4th September 2025 for confirmation. All are requested to keep your given phone number active on the mentioned dates.
The selection will be based on a first-come-first served basis provided the applicant fulfills the set admission criteria.
A monthly stipend of Nu.3500/- for accommodation and food will be provided for the entire duration of the course.
