UNDP Bhutan is inviting proposals from qualified consulting firms to update the Low Emission Development Strategy (LEDS) for the Agrifood Sector. 
This assignment will build on the 2021 LEDS and align with Bhutan’s NDC 3.0, helping to shape a more sustainable and resilient food system. It will involve reviewing existing policies and data, analysing gaps in the previous strategy, conducting GHG modelling and emission scenarios, and envisioning long-term low-emission pathways for agriculture by 2050. The work will also focus on mobilising finance, designing a robust MRV system, and ensuring that strategies are gender-responsive and inclusive.
