RTC is looking for suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated staff to fill up the following position:

Position	#	Minimum Qualification/Experience	Start Salary/Level
Counsellor- Full-time OR Part-time*	1	Masters in Clinical Counseling/Counseling Psychology with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience OR Bachelors in Clinical Counseling with minimum 4-6 years of experience.	Nu.32,000 + 11% PF (Negotiable based on experience) For a full-time position, should be willing to reside on campus if housing is provided.
*Interested applicants can also apply for the above position on a Part-Time or Retainership engagement with flexible working hours. Remuneration will be negotiable and commensurate with experience and mode of engagement.
