The Policy and Planning Division, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport invites interested and qualified National Consultancy Firms to submit proposals for Development of “Strategy and Operational Framework for inter-agency coordination and policy coherence for climate-resilient urban planning and development, in a participatory manner” under the Enhancing Climate Resilience of the Urban Landscapes and Communities in Thimphu-Paro Region of Bhutan project.
This project is funded by the Global Environment Facility’s Least Developed Countries Fund and is implemented by the Royal Government of Bhutan in collaboration with UNDP.
The detailed Request for Proposal and Terms of Reference can be downloaded from www.egp.gov.bt (Tender ID-21270), and proposals must be submitted through the e-GP platform by 5:30 pm on or before August 15, 2025.
