T Bank Limited would like to seek applications from highly motivated, result-oriented and dynamic professionals having positive attitude and zeal to work in a team for the following positions:

Accounts Assistants	9	03	Qualification: Diploma in Financial Management (Two years’ full time from the Colleges and Institutes recognized by the Royal University of Bhutan) with a minimum of 55% in Diploma course, 55% in Class XII (English + 3 best Subject) & 55% in Class X (English + 4 best Subject)	Nu. 22,338/- Fixed Allowances: 45% of starting Pay Scale of the corresponding grade; and House Rent Allowance: 20% of Basic Pay. The total Gross Salary of Nu. 36,857.70/-.	Regular: However, the selected candidates shall be placed on probation for a period of six months. The confirmation of the service shall be based on the required performance rating during the probation period.

The criteria for shortlisting and final selection for the above-announced post shall be as follows:

1. Initial Shortlist: Based on academic merit ranking of 50% from the diploma course, 25% from Class XII Marks and 25% from Class X marks.

2. Shortlist for personal interview: Based on the academic merit ranking, for one position, 10 candidates will be selected for the personal interview.

3. Final Selection: The final selection shall be based on 30% from the total academic score and 70% from the personal interview score.
