T Bank Limited would like to seek applications from highly motivated, result-oriented and dynamic professionals having positive attitude and zeal to work in a team for the following positions:

Positions Grade Slot Minimum Qualification & Experience Salary Per Month (Nu.) Employment Type
Credit Officers 8 03 Qualification: BBA/BBM/B.Com/BA Economics with a minimum of 55% in Degree, 55% in Class XII (English + 3 best Subjects) and 55% in Class X (English + 4 best Subjects) Basic Pay of Nu. 30,489/-; Fixed Allowance of 45% on the starting Pay Scale of the corresponding grade; House Rent Allowance of 20% on Basic Pay; and Field allowances. The total Gross Salary of Nu. 51,707/-. Regular: However, the selected candidates shall be placed on probation for a period of six months. The confirmation of the service shall be based on the required performance rating during the probation period

The criteria for shortlisting and final selection for the above-announced post shall be as follows:

1. Initial Shortlist: Based on academic merit ranking of 50% from Degree Marks, 25% from Class XII Marks and 25% from Class X Marks for officer cadre and for the assistant cadre, 50% from Class XII Marks and 50% from Class X Marks.

2. Shortlist for personal interview: Based on the academic merit ranking, for every position, 20 candidates will be selected for the personal interview.

3. Final Selection: The final selection shall be based on 50% from total academic score and 50% from the personal interview score.
