Therefore, interested applicants from 2024 BHSEC (Class XII cohort) who meet the minimum
requirements, are encouraged to apply with the following documents to the Human Resource
Development Division, RCSC. Candidates will be selected based on their Academic Merit.
1. Class X and XII marksheets and certificates.
2. School leaving certificate
3. Medical certificate NOT Medical Fitness Certificate (from JDWNRH)
4. Birth certificate (from JDWNRH)
5. Passport copy
6. English Language Proficiency Certificate (from BCSEA, MoESD)
7. Citizenship Identity Card
8. Migration Certificate

Kindly, submit the Hard Copies of the mentioned documents to HRDD, RCSC on or before 15 April 2025
personally or through a representative.

The selected candidates could take the English Language Proficiency Test after the selection.

NOTE
The offer covers only 100% Tuition Fee Waiver and health insurance for the candidate and is confined to
those offered by ECU. Therefore, no additional financial benefits from the RCSC/RGoB shall be admissible
to candidates under this offer. The selected candidates have to return to Bhutan upon completion of the
course and serve the Royal Government of Bhutan as per the terms and conditions. The offer was received by RCSC on 25 March 2025.
