Guma Gewog Administration, Punakha invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the following works

i) Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the RGoB Procurement Manual, and is open

to all bidders from countries as defined in Section III of the bidding documents.

ii) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Dzongkhag Engineering Sector, Punakha (Tele phone # 02-584135/584531) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below website.

iii) A complete set of bidding documents in English may be downloaded from the Dzongkhag Website www.punakha.gov.bt by interested bidders.

iv) Bids must be delivered to the Gup office, on or before

(10:30 AM, 14/11/2019). Electronic bidding “shall not”

be accepted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at 11:00 AM 14/11/2019, at Gup office/Meeting Hall

v) All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration form.

vi) The name of work must be marked clearly on an Envelope, otherwise it will be non-responsive bid.
