The Management of Farmers Development Microfinance Private Limite (FDMPL), Head Office, Mongar, is pleased to announce vacancies for the following positions. The selected candidates will be placed at the Mongar Branch.

Sl#	Post	Qualification/ Experience	Position	Benefits
1	Manager	1. Minimum of a Bachelors degree in any field from a recognized university.	Placed at Managerial Level (M4)	House Rent Allowance of 20% and other benefits as per the company's internal service rules.
		2. At least two years of work experience in financial institutions.

2	IT Technician/	1. VTI graduate/diploma in IT (both hardware and software).	Placed at Operational Level Level (O2)
	Banking Assistant	2. At least two years of relevant work experience.
