Job Description: Responsibilities of a receptionist include, but not limited to, Greeting clients and visitors, and providing them with refreshments or a seat if they are waiting Answering and forwarding incoming calls, and taking messages Organizing and maintaining the managers' calendar, and receiving conference and training participants. Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries, and managing outgoing mail. Overseeing reservations and booking from guests for room and banquet halls. Maintaining the reception area: Keeping the reception area clean and organized Performing clerical tasks: Filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Providing administrative support: Taking messages, dispatching deliveries, and advising staff of visitors' arrival Handling customer service: Handling and resolving customer complaints and other issues
