The Fleming Fund Project Management Unit, Ministry of Health is pleased to announce vacancy for
the position of Project Officer on regular contract as specified below:

Project Officer	Bachelors Degree with 60% aggregate marks	P4 A	01	12 months

All eligible applicants meeting the criteria outlined in the attached ToR are invited to submit their
applications, along with the following documents, to the Fleming Fund Project Management Unit
office, Ministry of Health, by December 2, 2024.

1. Detailed Curriculum Vitae;
2. Copy of Bachelor’s Degree transcript ;
3. Copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card;
4. Copy of valid Security Clearance Certificate;
5. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate;
6. No Objection Certificate from Parent/Working Agency if employed; and
7. Other merit certificates if any.

Shortlisting Criteria: The top three applicants with the highest degree marks will be shortlisted for
the selection interview.
For detailed eligibility criteria and job requirements, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference.
The names of shortlisted candidates will be announced on the Ministry of Health website for the
selection interview.
