Name of the Position: Senior Operations Associate

 

MUST HAVE – MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

▪ Must be a undergraduate/diploma or equivalent. Preferably with 3-5 years of prior work experience. Relevant work experience/training will be preferred

▪ Experience of working in health care program/Community based program/Hospital/Community based Volunteerism would be preferred.

▪ Conversant with MS Office tools & internet-based applications.

▪ Willing to travel extensively (extensive travel up to 15 days a month)

NICE TO HAVE

▪ Can work with minimal supervision

▪ Willingness to learn, especially technical information REMMUNERATION

▪ Annual Package 4.5 LPA to 8.5 LPA CTC (commensurate to experience and prevailing industry standards)
