1. The Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD) has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Pathways for Emerging skills and Jobs Project (PESJP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
 
2. The Project Management Unit, PESJP, department of Workforce Planning and skills development, MoESD (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of G-8 Lab Equipment for JWP
TI- Dekiling- Solar Technology.
 
3. Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers: Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017) procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the bidding document.
 
4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the bidding document may participate in this bidding:
• Trade license
• Tax clearance certificate
• Successful completion of one (1) contract as main supplier having contract value Nu.7,700,000.00 within the last three (3) years, a project with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply as mentioned
in section 6 (Schedule of Supply).

6. The tender document can be downloaded freely from the ministry’s website
 
7. Deliver your bid:
• To the address: The Projectdirector, PESJP, DWPSD, MoESD.
• On or before the deadline: 5/12/2024 on or before 2.30 PM.
• Together with a Bid-Securing Declaration as described in the Bidding Document.
 
Bids will be opened promptly after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
 
8. When comparing bids, domestic preference will not be applied as stipulated in the bidding documents.
