Job Description; Painting on concrete surface, woods. metal, boards, mortar and other surfaces inside and outside the building and works related thereto. Curing of painted objects, blending of paints, pretreatment, priming, joint processing, sealing, etc.

Eligible Criteria; Only male candidates with at least one year experience in construction painting may apply. Minimum qualification of high school and above or VTI graduate in the relevant field. Permissible age range is 21-28 years.

General Terms and Conditions: Period of Employment: 3 Years with an option to extend for another 2 years. Place of Employment: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture Probation period: 1 month Airfare: One time round trip ticket provided Working hours: 9.5 hours (one hour lunch break and 2 fifteen minutes tea break) Overtime pay: Payable as per standing labour laws of Japan Resident/Work permit: Technical Intern Work Permit Accommodation: Provided. Food, Water, Electricity and Gas: To be paid by the intern. Insurance: Covered/provided Medical: Health insurance covered. Transportation: Provided free of cost Allowances: commensurate to the overall performance of the interns. Public holidays : as per the company calendar Leave : As per the company calendar Visa : To be processed by the Principal Agent Service gratuity and leave pay : Not entitled Uniform & safety gears : Provided by the employer Other terms & condidtions : The incumbent intern shall be required to undertake a national technical competency test in their respective field, annually. Should they perform satisfactorily or get through with it, they will be automatically eligible for renewal of their contract for another one year. However, interns who fail to get through these exams shall be subjected to termination of their contract and may be asked to depart for home. This is a priority norm set forth by the Ministry of Law, Government of Japan and not any sole requirement from of the employer.

Remarks; Male candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply. Candidates with cartain Japanese language proficiency/ competency may be preferred.
