Position Title: Software Engineer (Back - End)

What will you do?

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, emphasizing software quality and craftsmanship.
Follow established patterns and approaches within existing code bases with ease.
Follow to TOD approach of application development using RSpec and related tools.
Participate in the design process and code reviews
Work mostly on clearly defined and sooped individual features or problems
Be an impactful part of a small and passionate team.
Design application architecture and database models.
Improve and maintain application after deployment

What you are

A fresher with strong programming and analytical skills who loves problem solving.
Have outstanding communication skills are willing to work with a team.
A good decision maker with excellent logical solving capability
Can provide feedback to the team/individual and receive feedback for the team and your improvement
Have prior experience in Ruby on Rails or Nest JS or any other Backend language
Have experience with database such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB (which will be a plus point)
