The Ministry of Health is pleased to re-announce the availability of 2 slots for Master of Public
Health for 2025 intake as detailed below:

1. Eligibility Criteria
1. Should fulfill all eligibility criteria specified in Section 7.7.4 of BCSR 2023, where applicable.
2. Clean service record.

2. Documents required while applying
1. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Parent Agency (Kindly mention the title of the course in the NOC).
2. Zest generated CV
3. PE Rating for the recent two years (Moderation- ( FY 2022-2023 & FY 2023-2024).
4. A copy of Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcripts.
5. Class XII Academic transcripts

3. Application procedure and deadline
All interested applicants are requested to submit the required informations and documents within
October 14, 2024 using the link: https://forms.gle/Ab6Q62eBQaQkJTRP6 

4. Shortlisting and Selection procedure
1. All the applicants fulfilling the aforementioned eligibility criteria will be shortlisted.
2. However, only four applicants with the highest score based on the following criteria will be
selected and submitted to IUHW, Japan for the final selection:
a. Academic (Degree & Class XII) : 60%
b. Performance rating (moderation) : 40%

5. Important Note
1. Only those candidates who are genuinely interested in pursuing long term studies are
encouraged to apply. If a candidate withdraws after the announcement of the selection
result, the candidate shall be liable for HR action; and
2. Applications with incomplete documents will be rejected and not be considered for the
purpose of shortlisting.
