The Royal Civil Service Commission would like to announce that the Lee Kuan Yew School has
opened the application round for 2025 intake to enroll in the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public
Policy in Master degree programmes.

The Scholarship is open to both civil servants and non-civil servants. RCSC will nominate the
candidates. However, the final selection will be done by the Lee Kuan Yew school of Public Policy.

The LKYSPP offers the following three (3) master programmes in English Medium:
1. One-year Master in Public Administration (MPA): For mid-managerial professionals with
at least five years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role, seeking to transition
to senior management and leadership functions.

2. Two-year Master in Public Policy (MPP): For early-career professionals with at least two
years of relevant work experience looking to gain a strong foundation in policy analysis,
programme evaluation, and public management.

3. Two-year Master in International Affairs (MIA): For professionals with a keen interest in
Asian and global affairs and a strong passion for contributing to positive transformations
worldwide.

Important Notes:
● Civil servants applying for the above mentioned programs must fulfill eligibility criteria
prescribed in BCSR 2023.
● Only eligible candidates as per criteria mentioned in the announcement are encouraged
to apply.
● The candidates must inform their respective agencies if they decide to apply
● For future career progression to Specialist position, Master course should be aligned to Super Structure
● The scholarship is provided under the funding of Lee Kuan Yew Scholarship and all scholarship entitlements are confined to those offered by them. Therefore, no additional financial benefits from the RCSC/RGoB shall be admissible to candidates under these scholarship programs.
