Khorlochhu Hydro Power Limited (KHPL) invites “ expression of interest” (EOI) from eligible Bhutanese Vehicle Owners for hiring of following vehicles for an initial period of 2 (two) years.

1	Mahindra Scorpio SUV (Full Body)	4 nos.	Note: Bolero SLX will be hired as per KHPL’s requirement or on a need basis only.

Further, KHPL invites seal bids for eligible vehicle owners to Register for Hire of Mahindra Bolero Camper at a monthly lump sum fixed rate as under:

The Eoi documents shall be on sale from September 10, 2024 up to September 25, 2024. Bids shall be received up to 10:30 am Bst on or before September 25, 2024 and shall be opened on the same day at

11:00 am Bst.

Interested Bhutanese vehicle owners may obtain the complete set of Eoi documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of nu. 1,000.00(ngultrum one thousand only) from the Procurement and Contracts Division, KhPL, Korlung or download from KhPL website (www.khepbhutan.com), in which case, the vehicle owners should register themselves by intimating the Procurement and Contracts Division, KHPL before the deadline for submission of the bid and submit the cost of the EoI documents at the time of submitting the bid.
