Sealed item rate bids are invited from Bhutanese licenced clearing & forwarding and transportation firms for the following works:
 
Package I (IMPORT)
1. Clearing and forwarding of electrode carbon pastes bulk in 1MT jumbo bags in 20’ containers and semi coke loose in 20’ containers, plant & machinery spares at Kolkata Port. It also includes completing all customs formalities pertaining to the shipment at the port.
2. Transportation of 20’ containers, plant & machinery cargo and LCL consignments from Kolkata to Phuentsholing and to Pasakha including completing all customs formalities at the Indian land customs office in Jaigaon and in Bhutan.
 
Package II (EXPORT)
1. Transportation of Ferro Silicon consignments from Pasakha to Kolkata Port by trucks including carrying out all customs formalities in Bhutan and at Jaigaon land customs. Materials will be packed either in 40 Kgs bags or 1 MT bags.
2. Clearing & forwarding of ferro silicon consignments at Kolkata Port. This job includes booking of containers, unloading of cargo from trucks and stuffing into containers either in 1 MT bags or bulk in containers, container weighment, complete all customs formalities and loading containers on to the ship.
3. Ocean freight from Kolkata to major ports in Japan and Europe.

Nu. 500/- for both documents to be deposited with Finance division, Head office, P/ling
Sale of tender documents
From 13/8/2024 from the purchase division on production of money receipt and original copy of clearing & forwarding and transportation licence (Import & Export)
