What will you be working on?

1. Reviewing blueprints and plans to ensure compliance with legal standards and requirements.
2. Inspecting structural systems and components (e.g., foundations, roofing, insulation) to ensure durability and safety.
3. Evaluating electrical, plumbing, and other systems to ensure they meet safety standards.
4. Monitoring construction sites periodically and issuing violation notices and stop-work orders if necessary.
5. Maintaining daily logs and documentation of inspections and findings for compliance purposes.
6. Providing feedback and guidance to construction teams and recommending changes to ensure compliance with building regulations.
7. Collaborating with other professionals, such as engineers, architects, and municipal authorities to ensure that construction projects meet legal standards.
