Hotel Zhidey, a newly built 3-star establishment set to commence commercial operations by the end of August, is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead its team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Location: Gaki Lam 2, Phuentsholing Throm


Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
* Manage budgets, financial plans, and achieve revenue targets.
* Recruit, train, and supervise staff to uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
* Maintain effective communication with staff, management, and guests to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office.
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
