Sealed tenders are invited from the interested party/individual/firm to take up the sale of milk on contract basis for the stipulated period as detailed below;

Bidding documents (additional copies) may be purchased from the Account Section, Regional Cattle Breeding Centre, Wangkha, Chhukha for a non-refundable fee of Nu.300/- (Three Hundred) only in the form of Cash Warrant or Demand Draft payable from any financial Institution at Chhukha in favor of Farm Manager, Regional Cattle Breeding Centre, Wangkha, Chhukha during office hours.

Bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security of Nu.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) only as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) at the time of submitting tender and the successful bidder has to deposit additional 10% Security Money amounting to Nu.100,000/- (One Hundred Thousand) only in the form of Cash Warrant or Demand Draft in favor of Farm Manager, Regional Cattle Breeding Centre, Wangkha, Chhukha before the awarding of Contract.
