Availability of Tender Document Tender documents can be purchased from the Procurement Unit, located on the 3rd floor, Level B of Corporate Office, BNBL, Thimphu on all working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday). The tender document can also be downloaded from the BNBL website: www.bnb.bt/announcement/. However, the bidder should register and deposit the tender fee on or before the submission of the bid.
